Our home massage services are available to adults aged 18 years or older. By booking an appointment, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to enter into this agreement. Clients under the age of 18 must have consent from a parent or legal guardian where permitted by applicable laws.

Bookings & Appointments

Appointments can be requested through our website, WhatsApp, phone, or other approved communication channels.

All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only after you receive confirmation from our team. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule a booking if necessary due to therapist availability, travel conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

To ensure a smooth appointment, clients are requested to provide the correct service address, contact information, preferred appointment time, and any relevant details that may assist our therapist in delivering the service safely and efficiently.

Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on our website are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are subject to change without prior notice. The applicable price is the one confirmed at the time of booking.

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in advance. We accept the payment methods communicated during the booking process.

Additional charges may apply for services requested outside our normal service areas or for any extra services requested during the appointment.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request that you provide as much notice as possible. This allows us to adjust our schedule and offer the appointment to another client.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, including therapist illness, traffic conditions, severe weather, or other events beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, we will make every effort to arrange a new appointment at a mutually convenient time.

Repeated last-minute cancellations or failure to be available at the confirmed appointment time may result in future bookings being declined at our discretion.

Health Information & Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding their medical history, current health conditions, allergies, injuries, recent surgeries, pregnancy, medications, or any other information that may affect the safety or suitability of the massage treatment.

Our therapists may decline, postpone, or modify a treatment if they believe it may not be safe or appropriate based on the information provided or the client’s condition at the time of the appointment.

Our services are intended to promote relaxation and wellbeing and are not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice. Clients should consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical concerns before booking a treatment if necessary.

Therapist Rights & Client Conduct

Our therapists are committed to providing professional, respectful, and high-quality services. Clients are expected to treat our therapists with courtesy and respect throughout the appointment.

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward abusive, threatening, inappropriate, discriminatory, or sexually suggestive behaviour. If such behaviour occurs, the therapist has the right to immediately end the session and leave the premises. In these circumstances, the full service fee may still apply.

Clients are responsible for providing a clean, safe, and suitable environment for the treatment. If the therapist believes the environment is unsafe or unsuitable, the appointment may be cancelled or terminated without liability.

Limitation of Liability

While we take every reasonable care to provide safe and professional services, Spa at Home Dubai shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, injury, or damages arising from the use of our website or services, except where required by applicable law.

By booking our services, clients acknowledge that massage therapy carries certain inherent risks and agree to participate voluntarily. Clients are responsible for following any aftercare advice provided by the therapist.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited under the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any information collected during the booking process or while providing our services will be handled responsibly and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
